This piece was originally commissioned by the Tributary Projects Writer’s Program, as an accompaniment to the exhibition Car by Angus McGrath, March 29 – April 2, 2018.

  • Madalyn Trewin is a writer currently based in Canberra. She graduated with a Bachelor of Writing from the University of Canberra in 2016, and has recently embraced the term ‘poet’ when describing herself to other people.

  • Angus McGrath is a Canberra-based writer, curator, performer and artist. His interests lie across sound, queerness, and subcultural studies, hoping to tie together these various practices with strands from each.
